Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of autonomy.
  • High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for meeting new people.
  • Reliable transportation required--this job requires travelling daily.

Responsibilities

  • Visit recent and active job sites to engage homeowners in person, request referrals, and request Google reviews.
  • Make outbound calls to past customers to schedule post install check-ins.
  • Confirm customer satisfaction and identify any potential additional needs they may have.
