About The Position

We’re hiring enthusiastic, outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our growing marketing team! This entry-level marketing role is perfect for individuals eager to launch a career in brand marketing, event promotions, experiential marketing, and customer engagement—no prior experience required. From day one, you’ll receive paid training, hands-on experience, and one-on-one mentorship, building real-world marketing skills while representing national brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with new people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and motivation to grow
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
High school diploma or equivalent
Interest in marketing, event promotions, or experiential campaigns preferred

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Represent well-known client brands with professional, upbeat, and consistent messaging
Engage face-to-face with customers at live events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing campaigns
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing teams and fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all events
