About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, compelling, and credible brand storytelling across all external channels. The Brand and Communications Manager will operationalize strategic positioning into clear, market-ready messaging, manage narrative alignment across PR, social, content, and campaigns, and act as the guardian of brand standards. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders, product marketing, and agencies to maintain coherence and quality, while also supporting executive thought leadership initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to shape the public-facing voice of the organization, influence audience perception, and drive brand impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. It requires both strategic thinking and meticulous execution, with the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand management, communications, PR, or content marketing.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS or complex technology environments.
  • Strong writing, editing, and narrative judgment skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and agency partners.
  • Hands-on, organized, and execution-oriented approach.
  • Experience operating within an established brand system; capable of maintaining and scaling it.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable plans while ensuring quality and coherence.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and maintain the company’s core narrative and messaging hierarchy across web, PR, social, content, and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all external touchpoints.
  • Translate strategic inputs from leadership and product marketing into market-ready messaging and content.
  • Review agency deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards and messaging frameworks.
  • Support executive thought leadership and PR efforts by developing story angles, messaging guidance, and thematic content.
  • Own organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and content direction, partnering with internal teams and agencies for execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure messaging reflects product truth and organizational strategy.
