Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve impactful campaign objectives
  • Write thoughtful, effective marketing briefs by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and content creators to ensure high-quality work aligned to our brand voice
  • Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs and metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, agency partners, and vendors to align marketing activities with business strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Lead the adoption of new messaging, visual identity approaches, and brand voice initiatives, fostering innovation across all marketing communications and consumer touchpoints
  • Implement and enhance lead generation programs and tactics, nurturing qualified leads through the funnel to drive conversions and expand business opportunities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, industry influencers, and media outlets to elevate our brand's visibility, credibility, and position in the marketplace

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a B2C marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or comparable professional experience
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
