Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live. We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us! In this role, you’ll join our growing Brand Studio and play a central part in shaping how Persona shows up across the company. You’ll support creative work across teams while pushing our distinctive, much-loved brand into its next chapter. Across event experiences and campaigns, to motion projects and collateral, you’ll work across the full lifecycle of projects—from early ideas through production, partnering closely within the team and across the organization to bring thoughtful, high-quality work to life. You’ll lead and manage projects of varying scope and complexity, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the work is both on-brand and well-executed. With a rebrand now underway, this is a rare opportunity to influence our visual system and create real impact on the future of Persona’s brand.

Requirements

  • A standout portfolio that reflects a deep passion for craft and brand, grounded in clear understanding of audience behavior and motivation
  • 4+ years prior experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • A drive to build cohesive visual systems — and the curiosity to push beyond the status quo, regardless of scale or precedent
  • The ability to self-direct in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders aligned
  • A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with confidence presenting work and decisions to cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders
  • Fluent in industry standard tools and creating production-ready files. We work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion and a variety of AI tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Event design, interactive design and/or motion experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally to design and deliver impactful activations across marketing, sales, and support
  • Carry work from early concept through final production—helping shape briefs and kickoffs, exploring bold ideas in depth, actively exchanging feedback, and maintaining exceptional craft at every stage to push the work beyond the status quo
  • Elevate the standard of design within the Brand Studio and help strengthen how our brand is expressed within product
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and feedback, engaging with designers, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of Persona’s brand and play a hands-on role in expanding and evolving it over time
