About The Position

We are hiring two Brand Designers to help elevate and scale Brain Co.’s visual communication across all external surfaces. In the near term, this role will focus on designing, refining, and scaling high-impact client presentations used in enterprise and government sales processes. These presentations are often the first impression of Brain Co. for senior leaders , and the clarity, polish, and storytelling quality directly influence major deals. Over time, this role will expand to shape Brain Co.’s broader brand system , including our website, marketing collateral, print materials, and visual storytelling across product launches and company communications. You will help define how Brain Co. visually communicates complex AI systems to the world —making sophisticated ideas feel clear, credible, and compelling.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or communication design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, editorial design, or narrative-driven visual storytelling .
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and information hierarchy skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear visual structures .
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools .
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with founders, operators, and engineers.
  • High attention to detail and an instinct for polish, clarity, and visual credibility .

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing executive-facing materials for enterprise or institutional audiences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously refine client-facing presentations that clearly communicate complex AI systems and institutional impact.
  • Build modular slide systems and templates that allow teams to scale high-quality presentations quickly.
  • Translate dense technical and operational concepts into clear visual narratives using diagrams, layout, typography, and information design.
  • Establish and evolve Brain Co.’s brand visual language across typography, layout, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, GTM, product, and engineering teams to transform ideas into polished visual communication .
  • Extend Brain Co.’s brand across additional channels , including the website, print collateral, marketing materials, and product storytelling.
  • Create scalable design assets and repeatable design systems that maintain quality as the company grows.
  • Help define how AI companies communicate visually —setting a new standard for clarity and sophistication.
