About The Position

At The LINE Hotel, the Brand Experience Manager (BEM) is responsible for shaping and stewarding the on-property brand experience, ensuring culture, creativity, and community are meaningfully expressed throughout the guest journey. This role sits at the intersection of brand, programming, partnerships, and operations, translating brand vision into tangible, memorable experiences. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, cultural fluency, exceptional follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver work that is both inspiring and operationally sound.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in hospitality, brand experience, events, marketing, or creative operations.
  • Strong eye for design, culture, and aesthetics with a clear point of view.
  • Deep knowledge of local dining, nightlife, arts, music, and cultural spaces.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow-up.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with creative and collaboration tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day brand integrity across the hotel, ensuring all guest-facing touchpoints align with The LINE’s standards, tone, and aesthetic.
  • Oversee on-property signage, collateral, uniforms, music, and physical brand moments to maintain a cohesive and elevated experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful details, moments of discovery, and creative layering.
  • Concept, plan, and execute brand-driven programming and events that reflect the hotel’s cultural positioning and local relevance.
  • Manage event production from ideation through execution, including coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all activations are thoughtfully presented, well-communicated, and aligned with broader brand objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local creatives, brands, cultural partners, and community organizations.
  • Develop meaningful collaborations that feel authentic, inclusive, and additive to the hotel’s ecosystem.
  • Serve as a connector between the hotel and the surrounding creative and cultural community.
  • Support content capture across events, partnerships, and on-property moments for use across marketing, PR, and owned channels.
  • Assist with press visits, photoshoots, and filming, serving as an on-property brand lead and production partner.
  • Contribute story ideas and cultural insight that support editorial, social, and brand storytelling efforts.
  • Partner closely with Head of Creative, Head of Marketing, General Manager and department leaders to align brand initiatives with hotel operations.
  • Facilitate brand onboarding and education for new team members, reinforcing brand vision and service philosophy.
  • Act as a consistent brand advocate internally, ensuring teams understand not just the “what,” but the “why.”
