Grow With Us We’re looking for a Brand Designer who will execute high-quality design work across marketing and sales channels while helping manage incoming design requests. This role contributes to project scoping and coordination, with a primary focus on delivering strong visual assets and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is beginning to build skills in project management and cross-functional collaboration, and is developing confidence in acting as a strategic design partner. This role follows a 5-day in-office setup, designed to enable close collaboration with the marketing team and cross-functional partners. This is a contract position with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Strong visual design and layout skills.
  • Ability to execute quickly while maintaining quality.
  • Clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Beginning to contribute ideas about layout, messaging hierarchy, and visual clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets across marketing and sales channels, including sales decks and enablement materials, website graphics and landing page visuals, campaign assets, datasheets and product marketing materials, and social and digital marketing graphics. Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Participate in the intake process for design requests. Clarify project details such as timelines, formats, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Help track multiple design projects and deadlines. Coordinate work with a part-time contractor when needed. Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations.
  • Apply brand guidelines across marketing materials. Maintain templates and reusable design assets.
