The Brand Manager will play a critical role in shaping, protecting, and evolving the Guckenheimer brand across a diverse portfolio of corporate dining environments. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Concept Development, this role partners closely with culinary, operations, supply chain and technology teams to bring brand strategy to life through compelling food and hospitality experiences. Unlike traditional brand roles, this position supports a highly customized portfolio of dining environments rather than a single standardized concept. Each café, market, micro-kitchen, or dining destination is designed to reflect the culture, workforce, and goals of the client it serves, while still delivering a cohesive and elevated brand experience. The Brand Manager helps ensure that balance is achieved consistently and thoughtfully across the portfolio. This role is well suited for someone who is highly creative, naturally collaborative, energized by fast-moving environments, and genuinely excited about finding new opportunities and bringing food-driven ideas to life.
