About The Position

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Brand Marketing & Experience Coordinator. The Brand Marketing & Experience Coordinator supports the development and execution of Urban Outfitters brand campaigns, experiential activations, and community programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns move seamlessly from concept to execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and maintaining operational excellence across projects. Working closely with brand marketing, creative, merchandising, retail, and external partners, this individual will help bring campaigns to life across digital, social, retail, and live experiences. The coordinator will also support Urban Outfitters’ growing community and ambassador initiatives, helping foster meaningful relationships with emerging creators and college audiences. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn the mechanics of large-scale brand campaigns. This role will work on a hybrid schedule out of our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of marketing, brand, experiential, or project management experience (internships included).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and project management platforms (Asana preferred)
  • Organization & Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management: Experience using project management tools (Asana or similar) to track timelines and deliverables.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment with shifting priorities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally with agencies, vendors, and community partners.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with campaign performance data and preparing recap reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or community initiatives is preferred.
  • Interest in brand storytelling, experiential marketing, and youth culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal brand marketing campaigns from ideation through launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of briefs, creative assets, and campaign deliverables.
  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign needs, timelines, and project workflows.
  • Assist in preparation of campaign materials including briefs, presentations, and internal documentation.
  • Track campaign performance metrics across channels and compile campaign recap reports.
  • Work with internal teams to gather analytics and insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in reporting results to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the planning and execution of live brand activations, campus events, and experiential programs.
  • Assist with on-site production support during key brand events.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, product needs, and production timelines.
  • Assist in managing Urban Outfitters’ ambassador and creator communities.
  • Support outreach, communication, and relationship-building with college ambassadors and community members.
  • Help track engagement and participation across community programs.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Brand Marketing leadership
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign budgets and assist in financial reconciliation.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and meeting notes for campaign planning and recaps.
  • Manage product ordering and shipment tracking to ensure campaign, gifting, and event needs are fulfilled on schedule.
  • Coordinate day-to-day needs across brand campaigns and community initiatives.
  • Communicate with external agencies and vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
