About The Position

Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Specialist (Contract) on Elmer’s/Prismacolor will support the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive brand growth and maximize share. The role is responsible for supporting brand plans and marketing programs to deliver business goals.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree
• 2+ years of prior experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles is preferred.
• Desire to function as a business owner and a passion for brand management. Demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Strong understanding of marketing principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Up to 10% travel potential.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across key functions to drive profitable sales for Elmer’s and Prismacolor
• Manage several brand projects and ensure delivery on time and in full
• Help build and distribute marketing assets and other marketing content
• Conduct analysis regularly to understand marketing program performance and provide recommendations to improve brand performance
• Support US annual brand plan execution
