About The Position

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to champion our brand at MGM Resorts International. In this role, you will lead campaigns that effectively promote our brand while also enhancing the guest experience with your warm demeanor and exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of prior relevant Marketing experience
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Adobe, Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide channel management with the necessary information to run campaigns effectively and ensure everything meets quality standards
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic changes to improve marketing efforts
• Research marketing trends and find ways to apply them to MGM Resorts International’s business practices
• Track internal benchmarks to stay aligned with marketing trends and delivery standards
