About The Position

We are looking for a Brand Partnership and Licensing Coordinator who will be responsible for identifying potential licensing partners, negotiating and drafting agreements, and ensuring licensees comply with Catface brand standards across all licensed products and promotions.

Requirements

Experience managing vendor and licensing partner relationships
Strong negotiation skills with solid financial and project management acumen
Understanding of intellectual property rights and consumer products
Ability to interpret and present market trends and performance insights
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams
Strong attention to detail to ensure strict adherence to contractual terms and Catface brand guidelines
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive long-term brand growth
3+ years experience in licensing, brand management, or product development
BA/BS Required or a combination of education and experience
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Maintain licensing documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements to ensure full adherence to agreements and brand standards
Identify, pitch, and onboard new licensing partners to expand the Catface brand
Draft, negotiate, and review licensing agreements, terms, and structures for internal approval
Manage day-to-day vendor and partner relationships, including timelines, issue resolution, and product development coordination
Monitor, analyze, and present royalty and sales reports to optimize revenue performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, and other internal teams to execute licensing initiatives
Safeguard Catface’s brand reputation across all licensed products while identifying new opportunities aligned with the brand vision
