About The Position

The Learning Experience in Huntington Beach is hiring a dependable and flexible Breaker Floater to support classrooms throughout the day. This role is ideal for a team player who enjoys variety, supports staff breaks, and helps maintain smooth daily operations across multiple classrooms.

Requirements

• Must meet California licensing requirements
• At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable team member
• Strong attention to safety and classroom routines
• Positive attitude and willingness to support where needed
• Passion for early childhood education and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage to support staff breaks and maintain ratios
• Assist across multiple age groups as needed
• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children
• Support daily routines including meals, transitions, and activities
• Communicate positively with team members and families
• Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environments
