Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Food Handling Certification required (state or local equivalent).
Previous food service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring items are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Prepare basic food items such as coffee, juices, pastries, fruit, and hot items (as applicable).
Greet guests warmly and assist with any breakfast needs or questions.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service area, and equipment.
Monitor food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Restock utensils, plates, cups, condiments, and supplies throughout the shift.
Clean tables, counters, and service areas promptly and efficiently.
Break down and clean the breakfast setup at the end of service.
Report inventory shortages or equipment issues to management.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
