About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their breakfast needs
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or service area, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Monitor food supplies and notify management when replenishments are needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Clear and reset tables as needed to maintain a tidy environment
