Requirements
- Buffet attendance experience highly preferred
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Stand, walk for eight (8) hours
- Carry/lift at least 25 pounds, push/pull at least 15 pounds
- Food handler certification
- Flexible availability to work AM shifts weekdays, holidays and weekends
Responsibilities
- Set up breakfast buffet and assist servers with table settings
- Quality check food items before replenishing buffet to ensure presentation is appetizing to meet guest's expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of buffet, buffet area, buffet storage and server station area
- Assist servers with bussing tables, cleaning restaurant, performing side work and general cleaning tasks as needed
- Engage with customers and help provide a friendly and enjoyable breakfast experience
