About The Position

Job Description We are looking for a breakfast/lunch line cook to work approximately Friday through Tuesday 6am - 2pm (shifts may end earlier or later depending on business). The cook will set up the continental breakfast and cook a la carte items on the hot line for breakfast and lunch. They will also assist in putting away food orders, prepping for dinner and cleaning projects when they are free.

Requirements

  • Working level of Kitchen English. Must be able to read tickets and speak to servers about ticket issues
  • Hot Line Cook experience
  • Sense of urgency
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices

Responsibilities

  • Set up continental breakfast
  • Cook hot breakfast option
  • Cook the hot line during lunch
  • Weekly deep clean
  • Changing Fryer Oil
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Put away food order
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
