About The Position

This role involves cooking, replenishing, and cleaning for our complimentary breakfast buffet. You must provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The position demands professionalism, and the ability to enhance guest experiences through attentive service. We seek highly motivated team members. Our ideal candidates should exude a passion for the hospitality industry that will attract and inspire our team members to cultivate an exceptional guest experience. This is a very early morning shift, beginning at 5:30am, so you will need to be an early riser.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Training provided, but familiarity with food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• All offers are contingent on background checks and drug screening.
• Adhering to Newport Handbook policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests as they enter the breakfast area
• Keep buffet items stocked
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Restocking items for the next morning
