About The Position

Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company, part of Barrel One Collective, is seeking a Brewer to join our production team in Worcester, MA. This is a hands-on role responsible for daily brewing, cellar, and packaging operations to help deliver high-quality beer to our customers and community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial brewery or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting

Nice To Haves

• OSHA forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute brewhouse operations including milling, hop additions, sampling, and wort production
• Perform cellar work including CIP/CUP sanitation, gravity checks, dry hopping, and yeast management
• Assist with packaging operations including kegging and can line support
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation
• Work closely with the Head Brewer and production team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
