Brewing Operator (SAPB)
About The Position
Brew Operators play a critical role in crafting world‑class beverages for The Boston Beer Company. This position is responsible for the successful execution of brew, ferment, filtration, and blend processes and operations. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and previous experience working in industrial manufacturing. Previous brewing experience is not required. Schedule: Current openings: night shift, 5:35 PM-5:50AM. We operate on a 4-week rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 brewing coverage. Brewing Operators alternate between 3-day and 4-day workweeks. Candidates must be available for both rotations: Crews work the front half of the week for 4 weeks (Sunday–Tuesday & alternating Wednesdays). Then rotate to the back half of the week for 4 weeks (Thursday–Saturday & alternating Wednesdays).
