About The Position
This role focuses on growing new business revenue while delivering a high standard of client service across a portfolio of new and existing clients. The position brings together business development and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required.
- License required.
Responsibilities
- Support the growth of new business and expand relationships with existing clients
- Support a production team, ensuring effective day‑to‑day account management
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts with care and attention to detail
- Partner with the Brokerage team to support larger, more complex books of business
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate processes and deliver consistent, high‑quality client‑facing services
