Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to walk, stand, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the lead listing agent by managing a busy listing schedule.
  • Execute marketing and advertising campaigns, including email and direct mail outreach.
  • Maintain both physical and digital presentation materials for properties.
  • Respond to emails in a timely, professional manner.
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to create new business opportunities.
  • Research the local real estate market to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
  • List available vacancies on real estate websites such as LoopNet and Crexi.
  • Coordinate property showings and client visits, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
  • Monitor and update property listings across various online platforms to keep them accurate.
  • Ensure that all property listing information is current and accurate.
  • Manage digital lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries from potential tenants.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments with clients.
  • Manage the broker’s calendar and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain and update client databases and records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations and enhance client experience.
