About The Position

Our team of Seasonal Maintenance Technicians work together to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. Have fun and love what you do as a member of our summer crew! This position offers a great schedule with No Nights and No Weekends. Seasonal opportunities will begin in May and run through Mid-August. Job Details As a Seasonal Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance repairs needed to complete an apartment turnover.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to work on a team.
• A valid driver’s license is a must.
• Mills Property Management is willing to train individuals without maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated maintenance repairs on any property turnovers as assigned by supervisor
• Complete apartment turnover work from company checklist and managers checkout, following up on any property turnovers completed by other technicians
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good condition
• Work on a variety of summer projects to include painting and light construction items
• Complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and maintenance processes.
• Work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely.
