Budtender Part-Time - Huron, SD
About The Position
Budtenders will be responsible for the direct sales of products to customers. Budtenders are the main contact point for customers of our business. Training and performance monitoring will ensure budtenders are successful in assisting our customers while purchasing products. Duties for budtenders include but are not limited to: Direct sales of product to customers Education of Cannabis etiquette to customers Assisting customers with making product choices based on customers' needs Fulfilling in-person as well as online customer orders Ensuring all compliance rules and regulations of the dispensary are followed daily Assist with delegated tasks for opening and closing procedures Drive customer sales and retention by utilizing upsell techniques and unmatched customer service
Requirements
- Must have transportation to our Huron facility.
- Must be 21+ and have high school diploma or completed GED.
- Must clear a state approved background check.
