About the Role As a Cook, you will assist in the service and display of high-quality food for our buffets during the Regency Room buffet service. You will play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect seasonal ingredients and the unique concept of our restaurant. The AM shift will be 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., and you must have weekend and holiday availability. This is a full-time role that will be split between buffet room duties and line cook responsibilities.
