Requirements

37 years of building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations
Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control
Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily field operations on assigned construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity
Ensure work meets quality standards, contract documents, and project specifications
Promote and enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and project teams to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery
Implement Lean construction practices to improve efficiency and workflow
