About The Position

Temp Building Engineer will provide management of all facility maintenance activities, consisting of periodic maintenance and repair of support building(s) EPA, HVAC, electrical, structural and mechanical systems. Responsibilities for this position include : Responsible for conducting and/or overseeing preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, fire life safety, and property specific systems. Performs routine inspections, including inspection of air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, chillers, coolers, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, regular wear and tear, windows, doors, locks, and smoke detectors Be responsive to tenant requests in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systems Performs a variety of service work in specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulics, carpentry, or machine servicing Refrigeration equipment: coolers and chillers, boilers

Requirements

3+ years of Building Facility Maintenance Management
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving abstract

Nice To Haves

Licenses or certifications preferred: EPA, Boiler, OSHA, HVAC
