Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Building Floor Assistant to support our building operations on the weekend shift. This role is essential in maintaining clean and organized workspaces throughout the construction process and assisting with basic building tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The schedule for this role will be Sunday, Friday and Saturday, 12 hour shifts and will receive shift differential pay.

Requirements

  • Candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent experience are preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Clean up in and around buildings during various stages of the construction process.
  • Ensure company premises are free of debris, trash, and miscellaneous items that may spread across the campus.
  • Assist in the final cleaning of buildings prior to shipment to the end customer.
  • Support basic and entry-level building tasks, including moving, organizing, and staging materials.
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
