About The Position

Do you like variety in your workday and being on the move? We’re looking for a dependable team player to join our Facilities group — someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, indoors and out.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic repairs
• Ability to lift and move heavy items with proper equipment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• 30 - 40 hours/week - between 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday

Nice To Haves

• Experience with plowing or landscaping is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred (we can provide training and certification if needed)

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver large equipment and other items to customers in the Twin Cities area (no special license required)
• Operate company vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment to load and unload deliveries
• Complete a DOT physical (required)
• Snow plow parking lots and walkways in the winter
• Mow, trim, and handle light landscaping in the summer/fall
• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance tasks as needed
