About The Position

Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties in the Facilities Department. Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Performs general maintenance of buildings. Operates minor hand and power tools and performs general maintenance of such. Maintains grounds as assigned with manual and powered landscaping equipment and performs general maintenance on such. Performs snow/ice removal with manual and powered snow/ice removal equipment and performs general maintenance on such. Performs basic lighting and wiring tasks. Performs basic plumbing and pipefitting tasks. Performs basic carpentry tasks. Performs basic troubleshooting on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Performs basic PC-based functions to access, retrieve, enter and/or verify job-related information. Assists other employees as necessary. Performs other related duties as required. Ensures that Company safety, health, and environmental practices are followed as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must pass written and practical Predictive Testing (entry level).
• Must be capable of learning and performing computer system data entry.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to instruct employees assisting on the same work.
• Must be in sound physical condition and be able to lift materials.
• Possession of the qualities of neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workplace and in person.
• Driver's License
