• Relevant licenses (HVAC, stationary engineering) and OSHA/ACM training.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Clear, professional communication with team members and partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
• Lead maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and equipment inventory.
