Job Purpose
Maintain the buildings and grounds in excellent appearance/ operating condition while providing a safe, secure environment for employees, clients and contractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• 3-4 years related maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, use of PDA, etc. )
• Knowledge of maintenance, carpentry, painting, dry walling and electrical wiring
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• 1-2 years related experience in shipping/receiving and purchasing processes preferred
• Ability to be on call as needed
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 3:30 PM)
• Scheduled weekend and after-hours based on demand

Nice To Haves

• 3-4 years related maintenance experience preferred
• 1-2 years related experience in shipping/receiving and purchasing processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on critical assets including, but not limited to,: HVAC, Boilers, Building Control Systems, Pumps, Lighting and Doors
• Move and install office structure equipment (i.e. Herman Miller walls and tables, desks, etc.
• Responsible for minor Carpentry and painting of walls and ceilings
• Minor repairs to building facilities exterior
• Plumbing repairs and replacement of fixtures
• Ability to perform basic landscaping services including snow removal, raking, tree trimming, flowerbed cleaning and pruning
• Bio and solvent waste disposal processes
• Handle chemical waste
• Record keeping
• Coordinate waste disposal processes
