Maintenance Technician – Franklin & Stoneboro, PA

$25 per hour | Full-Time | No Seasonal Layoffs

Arbors Management is looking for a reliable Maintenance Tech to service two small, well-maintained apartment communities in Franklin and Stoneboro. Forget chasing side jobs or driving all over the state—this is steady, local work on properties that are already in good shape.

The Work
Property Care: Handle day-to-day repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry).
Turnovers: Prep units for new residents.
Upkeep: Manage building exteriors and preventative maintenance.
Rotation: Participate in a shared on-call schedule for emergencies.

Requirements

• Hands-on building maintenance or construction background
• Strong troubleshooting in basic trades (No certs required)
• Valid DL, insured vehicle, and ability to pass background/drug screens
• Ability to work independently and treat residents with respect
