The Essentials
Pay: ranges from $21.50-$25+/hr (Based on experience)
Hours: Regular hours Mon-Fri, daytime hours; rotating on-call schedule
Stability: Full-time, no winter layoffs, 401(k) + Match, and full Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision).
The Work
You’ll handle the "Big Four" of property maintenance:
Plumbing & Electrical: Fixtures, leaks, switches, and lighting.
Carpentry: Drywall, paint, and general repairs.
HVAC: Basic troubleshooting (No certs required).
Tech: Using a mobile device to manage your day.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or construction.
• Valid DL, insured vehicle, and a clean background/drug screen.
• Willingness to join a shared on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
