About The Position

Building Maintenance is responsible for the following:

1. Maintain and repair all facilities and building equipment located within facilities controlled by Kalitta. This includes electrical, water, and air equipment.

2. Build facility additions as required.

3. Ensure that all Powerplant Division grounds are maintained properly (mowing, snow removal, etc.).

4. Perform any other duties assigned by the Powerplant Building Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience as a building maintenance technician is preferred.
• Hight School Diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid US Drivers license.
• Available for flexible hours and weekends
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have good oral, written and organizational skills.
• Must be a United States Citizen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Training such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. are a plus.
