About the position
Join our dedicated team as a Building Services Associate at Heritage Auctions, where you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing our facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for Heritage Auctions employees and clients. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, with offices in New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, London, Hong Kong, and beyond, Heritage Auctions is the largest auction house founded in the U.S. and serves over 50 different auction categories, including Coins, Sports, Comics, Historical, Jewelry, Fine & Decorative Art, Wine, and more. The associate will primarily be responsible for general building repair, maintenance, and preparation of in-transit valuable items. They will also assist the Building Operations team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned
- Cleans up worksite debris
- Provide general maintenance and building repairs
- Provide general support for Building Operations
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required
- Work quickly and without direct supervision
- Great attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license
Nice-to-haves
- Fork-lift experience a plus
- Box truck or step-van experience is a plus
