About The Position
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bumper Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility inSterling Heights, MI.In this role, employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable using air guns and basic hand tools
- Must be able to perform repetitive assembly work in a production environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Attendance is very important
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive bumpers using bolts, clips, screws, and wiring
- Use air guns and hand tools to secure parts into place
- Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
- Inspect parts to ensure proper fit and assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Report any damaged parts, equipment issues, or production concerns to a supervisor
Benefits
- Pay Increase: After 90 days, pay increases by $1.50/hour to $17.00/hour
