About the Role The Burn Ambassador is the heartbeat of Burn Boot Camp. You’re the first smile members see, the energy they feel when they walk in the door, and the person who helps shape their entire experience. This role blends member experience, sales, organization, and connection to help our community thrive. Burn Ambassadors run the “front of house,” support our trainers, build relationships, and help grow the member base—all while bringing fun, energy, and professionalism into the gym every day. Requirements

  • Self-motivated, high-performing work ethic
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn software quickly (Mindbody experience is a bonus, not required)
  • Comfort with social media and digital communication
  • Excellent multitasking and organization
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage with all personality types
  • High attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Create an unforgettable welcome experience:
  • Greet every member and trial with energy
  • Give tours, introduce the trainer, and guide new clients through their first visit
  • Complete Mindbody enrollment, waivers, and all onboarding steps
  • Own the front-of-house operations:
  • Support day-to-day processes including trial tracking, focus meetings, contract sales, and retail transactions
  • Keep the retail area stocked, clean, and inviting
  • Maintain a tidy client drop zone and manage towels
  • Complete closing journal and daily admin tasks
  • Oversee Mindbody memberships, phone calls, emails, and trial follow-up
  • Help maintain overall gym cleanliness using the open/close checklists
  • Support sales & growth:
  • Work with the team to close 60% of trials
  • Collaborate with trainers to maximize member experience
  • Promote gym focuses, retail, challenges, and community events
  • Be a team player & community builder:
  • Participate in weekly touchpoints with the Key Burn Ambassador
  • Attend at least one community event per quarter
  • Support philanthropic initiatives
  • Provide real-time feedback and solutions to improve client experience
