About The Position

The Community Bus Driver/Maintenance Assistant plays a critical role for our
residents by providing transportation services to and from appointments and
activities. Role also includes assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in
maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe,
attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the
public.

Requirements

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL license required for communities that have a bus that carries 15 or more passengers.
• Good standing and current Operator’s License.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MUST BE ABLE TO USE MICROSOFT OFFICE/ETC
