About The Position

Join The Learning Experience in Humble, TX as a part-time Bus Driver! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of our young passengers while providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement preferred.
• Experience driving buses or similar vehicles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and engage with children of various ages.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Availability for flexible part-time hours, including mornings and afternoons.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from school and various activities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
• Ensure the safety of all passengers while on board.
• Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding pick-up and drop-off times.
• Assist children in boarding and disembarking the bus.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Report any issues or incidents to management promptly.
