Job overview and responsibilities Supports the Global Line Station business office with the primary area of focus being the West Region Domestic Line Stations. The Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the field leaders with station performance (Finance, Resource Planning, NPS, MBR, etc.), project management including facility enhancements and conference planning, as well as serving as their advocate within the Corporate Support Center (CSC) for strategic initiatives. Act as an advocate for airport leaders across various departments (CSC and field) for tactical issues and long-term strategic initiatives Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment and coordination with the Finance and Resource Planning teams Project management; Working with multiple departments to build business cases supporting funding requests for facility improvement requests Conference planning; West region GM conference and AO leadership meeting Note: This position is based at the CSC - Willis Tower, located in Chicago, IL. and considered a hybrid work-schedule working in office. However, that may evolve with the needs of the company.
