Compensation Range Hourly: $26.70 - $40.85 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.) About This Job The main purpose of this job is to the Business Analyst on the Commercial Payments team is to proactively manage cross department pipelines, communications, updates, and process improvements.

  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ years related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, across business lines within the department, as well as with individuals across the Bank, to support projects and enhancements by evaluating processes, analyzing data and to provide requirements
  • Create appropriate documentation for stakeholders, end users, and scope of responsibility
  • Assist in defining high level repeatable processes and templates across the teams
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of process and system changes
  • Drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes
  • Help business leaders identify desired outcomes and help develop a prioritized roadmap while gaining alignment across different business units
  • Monitor and escalate risks and issues, as appropriate
  • Manage annual plan documentation for team business objectives
  • Work with director to execute the various events and communications to team members, including town halls (some weekly, monthly, or quarterly)
  • Create presentations for director and other senior leaders (includes developing story outline and creating presentation documents)
  • Review data and compare reports, trends, variance analysis to identify discrepancies and patterns
  • Adhere to project deadlines and commitments while exceeding customer expectations of professionalism
  • Independently develop and execute small projects and assist to develop and execute medium size projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
