What You’ll Do DCM Automation – Business Analysis & Delivery (Primary Focus) Serve as the lead Business Analyst for the DCM Automation project Partner with DCM business and Operations stakeholders to: Document current-state and future-state processes Identify gaps, manual steps, and inefficiencies Define clear business and functional requirements for automation solutions Develop and maintain core BA artifacts, including: Process flows and workflow diagrams Business and functional requirements documentation User stories and acceptance criteria Data Analysis & Insight Support Perform data analysis to support DCM automation initiatives, including: Reviewing source and downstream data used within DCM processes Analyzing trends, exceptions, and anomalies to support requirements and issue investigation Partner with business and technology teams to: Validate business logic and calculation rules Support data-driven discussions related to automation changes Use data analysis to support root cause analysis for defects and production issues Collaboration with Technology Teams Work closely with back-end development leads to: Clarify functional requirements, business logic, and integration needs Support dependency management across services and platforms Collaborate with front-end / UI development leads to: Ensure functional requirements are accurately reflected in user interfaces Review workflow behavior and end-user interactions Provide ongoing clarification and functional support throughout build and implementation Testing & Implementation Support Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for DCM Automation changes Work with business users to: Define test scenarios, expected outcomes, and data conditions Execute and track UAT cycles Log, triage, and support resolution of defects Validate delivered solutions against requirements and support business signoff Day-to-Day Application Support Provide day-to-day functional support for existing DCM automation applications Act as a point of contact for: Business questions and clarifications Minor enhancements and change requests Functional investigation of incidents and defects Partner with technology and support teams to: Investigate production issues Perform impact and root cause analysis Confirm fixes align with business expectations LevFin Loan Deal Process Automation (Secondary Responsibility) Provide business analysis and delivery support for LevFin Loan Deal Process Automation initiatives, as required Support requirements definition, process documentation, testing activities, and delivery coordination Assist LevFin stakeholders without owning overall initiative leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst or delivery-focused role within Capital Markets or Wholesale Banking
  • Strong hands-on experience with DCM processes and supporting technology solutions
  • Experience performing data analysis to support requirements, testing, and issue resolution
  • Experience working closely with back-end and front-end development teams
  • Demonstrated ability to support both project delivery and day-to-day application operations
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting automation initiatives within Capital Markets
  • Familiarity with LevFin or related loan deal processes
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments

Responsibilities
