About The Position

The Business Analyst will be a subject matter expert (SME) for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and related Ascend products. You will lead client onboarding to Ascend platforms and provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, data requirements, and workflow integration. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure clients are set up for long‑term success and understand how to use Ascend solutions to meet their our goals. You will be reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager

Requirements

• Experience working with data‑driven marketing platforms, analytics tools, or SaaS products.
• Experience with Ascend products (Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1).

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for Ascend Marketing, ADS Marketing, PS1, PQ1, and associated Ascend products.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation of Ascend platforms.
• Translate our requirements into clear technical specifications for internal product, engineering, and data teams.
• Support clients in integrating Ascend workflows into their existing systems.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate resolution with other teams.
