Job Title Business Analyst (Fluent in Spanish) What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv? A successful Business Analyst at Fiserv partners with clients and internal teams to implement, support and enhance products across Latin America and the Caribbean. They translate complex business needs into clear requirements and documentation that guide system design, testing and implementation. They keep projects on track through strong communication, issue resolution and disciplined documentation practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior work experience as a business analyst.
  • 2+ years of experience communicating professionally in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives or projects under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of business analyst experience in a financial institution or provider related to financial institutions.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Signature or another retail banking system, including exposure to relevant regulatory requirements.
  • 1+ year of practical experience with microservices (RestAPI), testing and automation using frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Selenium and RestAssured, and familiarity with at least one cloud platform.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements, lead client meetings and clearly document decisions and action items.
  • Create comprehensive design documentation that guides system enhancements based on client-approved requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing and live implementations by investigating and resolving reported issues, identifying root causes and providing client-facing implementation support.
  • Oversee and validate quality assurance testing by helping design and implement microservices testing strategies using RestAssured and RestAPI, defining test plans and cases, and working with development and QA teams to identify, report and troubleshoot defects.
  • Partner with project management to deliver concurrent projects on time and within budget while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all assigned projects.
