About The Position

As a Business Analyst III, you will be a catalyst for operational excellence across LRS. You will lead initiatives that streamline processes, strengthen end-to-end delivery, and drive scalable solutions across key business capabilities (e.g., Customer Setup / onboarding modernization and related operational workflows). This role serves as the primary bridge between business leadership and IT delivery teams. You will translate strategy into execution by mapping current-state processes, defining future-state workflows, and producing clear documentation (requirements, process flows, and implementation plans) that enables development and data teams to deliver with speed and quality. As the lead within this domain, you will also establish standards and playbooks for requirements quality and stakeholder alignment, coaching partners to reduce rework and keep delivery focused on long-term roadmaps--not short-term patches.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without formal authority, and drive alignment through facilitation and clear documentation.
  • Strong experience producing requirements artifacts (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), process maps, and implementation plans.
  • Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices (Scrum / SAFe); experience supporting UAT and release readiness.
  • Experience working in ERP and enterprise platform environments (e.g., ERP/procurement platforms and integrations), including process optimization, testing cycles, and change adoption.
  • Experience supporting operational domains such as customer onboarding, billing workflows, and cross-functional service operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation delivery, or product/process roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps, and design future-state processes that improve speed, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Translate business strategy into executable work by defining scope, sequencing, dependencies, and roadmap milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Billing/Setup, Sales, Finance, IT and system administrators) to gather requirements and drive consensus on priorities, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical system capabilities.
  • Develop clear documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and implementation plans. Skilled at translating system specifications and technical requirements into actionable deliverables for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate working sessions and workshops, drive decisions/tradeoffs, and ensure alignment throughout delivery, especially when implementing or upgrading ERP solutions and related business systems.
  • Support sprint-based execution cycles by coordinating requirements readiness, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes. Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies in the context of ERP implementations, including managing cross-functional teams and resolving integration challenges, is highly desirable.
  • Partner with development and data teams to validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria; support UAT planning and issue triage. Experience supporting ERP testing cycles, data migrations, and post-go-live support is beneficial.
  • Define outcome metrics with business leaders and partner with data teams to monitor performance and adoption.
  • Monitor feedback loops and performance trends to recommend refinements and continuous improvement actions.
  • Contribute to business cases that quantify value (ROI, cost avoidance, operational improvement) for proposed initiatives.
  • Define standards for requirements quality (templates, Definition of Ready/Done, process modeling conventions) and institutionalize best practices.
  • Create reusable playbooks and reference artifacts to increase delivery velocity and consistency across initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor partners on discovery facilitation, requirements clarity, and stakeholder communication.
