Configure new promotions, conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate testing and preparing/reviewing reports across multiple offers. Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions Prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials. Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release. Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics. Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch. Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders. Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in digital communications and marketing technology. NJ - Salary range for the position: 85,000 - 140,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
