About The Position

The Business Analyst, Revenue Operations , plays a key role in driving data accuracy, contract compliance, and actionable insights that support company growth. Partnering with Sales, Finance, and Contracting teams, this role manages core processes, including rebate calculations, GPO admin fee reporting, and performance analytics. The Analyst uses tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, automate reporting, and turn insights into clear, strategic actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business, marketing, or sales analytics; data science; or consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
  • Experience building data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tell clear stories through data.
  • Curiosity to uncover the “why” behind trends and the “what now” that drives improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to company mission and values.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, biopharma, supply chain, or pricing analytics preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support chargeback reconciliation and fee audit processes across distributors and channel partners, validating pricing accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the GPO admin fee and VBC rebate calculation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and proper accruals.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to uncover insights, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for growth or efficiency.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and support commercial teams with insights that drive customer engagement and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data integrity, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to evolving reporting systems and analytics to enhance forecasting, pricing strategy, and performance measurement.
  • Use data to advance the Kate Farms mission—identifying opportunities to reach more patients and improve health outcomes.
