Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in agile delivery environments
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Experience breaking down business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on solution design and technical analysis
  • Experience supporting sprint planning, release planning, and effort estimation
  • Strong ownership of release delivery including scope, timelines, quality, and deployment readiness
  • Experience identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and issues across projects
  • Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience coordinating with cross-functional and global teams

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify requirements, translating business needs into well-defined functional and technical solutions.
  • Break down high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and tasks, ensuring clear scope, acceptance criteria, and technical understanding for the delivery team.
  • Define and communicate the product and project vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is continuously refined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams on solution design, technical analysis, and effort estimation to support accurate sprint and release planning.
  • Take full ownership of releases, including scope, quality, timelines, and deployment readiness.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, driving mitigation plans and timely decision-making.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, designs, and decisions using collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, development, QA, DevOps, and onsite/offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and onsite delivery, providing regular updates, aligning expectations, and supporting UAT, go-live, and post-release activities.
